Shanghai Metal Market: Shanghai Nickel Slightly Rises, Trading Volume Slightly Declines

Today, Shanghai nickel prices fluctuated at high levels, with spot prices slightly declining in line with the market. Some merchants continued to sell, but as prices rebounded, downstream buyers’ wait-and-see sentiment increased. There were some inquiries, but actual transaction volumes have decreased. Currently, based on market feedback, overall trading activity today is significantly lower than yesterday. Today, Jinchuan manufacturers adjusted their ex-factory prices upward by 2,600 yuan per ton in response to market developments. (SHMET)
