Just saw that Peter Altabef is stepping down as Unisys CEO after over a decade in the role. His COO Mike Thomson is taking over starting April 2025, and honestly the transition seems pretty smooth since Thomson's been there since 2015 and worked his way up through CFO to COO. Peter Altabef will stick around as board chair to help guide things, which is a pretty standard move. The company also confirmed their full-year guidance so no red flags there. Interesting how these tech infrastructure plays keep rotating leadership - wonder if this signals anything about their strategy going forward. Stock jumped 5% on the news too.
