Today I went out and the traffic was so congested I was furious, my coffee even cooled down... When I came back to check the market, I found it was even worse: I couldn't hold onto the spot holdings, and I kept thinking "I'll turn it around with the contracts," but the result was selling the spot too early and getting liquidated on the contracts. It's pretty embarrassing, but I have to accept it.

Here's my straightforward advice on position management: don't let any impulsive move wipe out your account and force you to start over. If you want to buy spot, do it gradually in several installments, so you won't lose your composure if prices drop; for contracts, treat them as tools—use them for hedging or small-scale testing. Don't go overboard with leverage; set your stop-losses before opening positions. Otherwise, with slippage and margin calls, you won't even have time to review what happened.

Recently, the testnet incentives and points system are heating up again, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the mainnet will release tokens or not... I just see it as a "maybe, maybe not" lottery—participate with small amounts, don’t go all-in betting on expectations. If I win, that’s my skill; if I lose, don’t blame the market, blame my carelessness.
