Embodied intelligence industry accelerates implementation; experts recommend strengthening the safety defense line
“Embodied intelligence is on the eve of industrial scale-up” “Humanoid robots have entered the second half of scenario-based competition” … When discussing the development of the embodied intelligence industry, practitioners generally believe that this year will be a critical period for embodied intelligence to enter large-scale applications. Embodied intelligent robots are accelerating from laboratories to real-world scenarios such as industrial manufacturing and commercial services, and their safety risks are spreading from the digital world to physical spaces. Recently, several cybersecurity experts and embodied intelligence industry practitioners interviewed by the reporter suggested that during the explosive growth of embodied intelligence technology, a comprehensive security assurance system should be built simultaneously, making safety the cornerstone of large-scale implementation of embodied intelligence. At the same time, safety regulations and testing standards should be established to safeguard industry development. (China Securities Journal)
