#山寨币强势反弹

Altcoins are making a strong rebound; let's talk about the real logic I see.

I'll also join the fun and share some different perspectives.

This wave of rebound, on the surface, is a general rise of altcoins, but essentially, it's driven by capital and sentiment.

First, let's discuss the overall market environment. Previously, BTC kept falling, and the entire market was in risk aversion; no one dared to touch altcoins. Now that BTC has finally stabilized and stopped dropping, the market's risk appetite has naturally increased.

Funds flowing out of BTC need to find a place to go. Mainstream coins have large market caps and rise slowly, while altcoins have smaller market caps, so even a little capital entering can push them up, creating a profit-taking effect that quickly attracts more people to follow suit.

Looking at the structure of this rebound, it's clear that the leading coins are driving the entire sector. ORDI, as a leader coin, doubled in 24 hours, directly igniting the heat of the entire BRC20 track.

This situation is quite common; when leaders reach new heights, funds tend to buy the dips of other coins in the same sector, forming sector linkage. Coins like SATS and NEIRO also rise along with them, which is a typical follow-the-leader trend.

In simple terms, the market is speculating on the "sector effect"—the leaders eat the meat, and followers drink the soup.

Another realistic reason is that many coins have fallen too hard.

During the previous decline, many altcoins dropped 70-80%, almost hitting a technical oversold level. Once market sentiment warms up, these coins become the first targets for short-term capital because they've fallen so much, leaving more room for a rebound.

A large part of this rise is driven by trapped funds' self-rescue, combined with short-term speculators bottom-fishing, forming a revenge rally.

However, I still have to pour some cold water.

This market looks lively, but its sustainability is questionable. The overall liquidity in the market hasn't improved significantly; this rebound is more like a game of existing funds.

Rapid rises are often followed by sharp declines, especially for coins without solid fundamentals, relying solely on capital pumping. They tend to spike high and then fall back, and chasing them is just taking on the risk of buying the top.

So, my personal view is to participate with small positions, take profits when the time is right, avoid fighting the trend, and protecting the principal should be the top priority.
