I find myself to be really more sensitive to unrealized losses, even just a small retracement on the books, and at night lying in bed my mind starts to review: Should I have sold earlier? Did I overlook some risks... Conversely, when I have unrealized gains, I don’t get as excited and might even worry, "Is this just luck?" Basically, the money lost feels like a constant reminder that "You might have messed up," and sleep gets interrupted.

Recently, on-chain data tools and various tags have been criticized for being laggy and potentially misleading, so I’m even less willing to take "other people’s smart money" as the answer. The more I look, the more anxious I become. Later, I started recording my emotional fluctuations, and the most obvious change wasn’t that my strategy became more awesome, but that I could recognize earlier when “I am scared,” and then I would stop, stake, or do some low-risk activities... First, calm my heartbeat before proceeding.
