Lately, I've been pushed to do various "social mining" tasks—checking in, sharing, joining groups, earning points... Basically, trading time for a badge and status that look cool. A couple of days ago, I really thought about just leaving the groups entirely or even uninstalling a few apps to avoid being led around by notification sounds every day; but I held back and just turned off notifications first, giving myself some time to observe.

Now, even RWA, US bond yields, and on-chain yield products are being compared side by side. The more this happens, the easier it is to feel anxious and think "Did I miss out?" But I care more about the cost curve: time is also a cost, and the most expensive kind. If points only make you more attached to the platform and eventually turn into emotional exhaustion, then it's better to say less, watch more, and take it slow. Anyway, I’ll treat "doing tasks" as an optional activity, not the main focus.
