Rental car platform offers new users their first order with no deposit.


I rented a business vehicle, used it for a day, and everything was normal when I returned it.
A week later, I received a notification: "The vehicle has a scratch, a 2,000 yuan repair fee will be deducted."
I clearly remember checking the car when I returned it and found no scratches.
I requested to see the evidence. The platform sent a photo, which indeed shows a scratch on the front of the car.
But the angle of that photo is from a position I did not take when I returned the car.
