Just looked at the latest data on Florida's wealthiest place and suburbs, and it's pretty wild how concentrated the money is. Turns out Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Pompano Beach basically dominate - they're home to half of Florida's richest neighborhoods. Not really surprised, but the numbers are insane.

Palm Beach is sitting at the top with an average household income around $356k and median home values over $10 million. Then you've got Pinecrest at $312k household income and homes averaging $2.4 million. Lake Butler in the Orlando area is third with $289k income, so it's not just a Miami thing.

What caught my eye is how many of these wealthiest communities are clustered in South Florida - like 12 out of 24 suburbs in the ranking. Places like Coral Gables, Boca Raton, Jupiter, and Parkland all have household incomes between $168k-$229k with home values ranging from $700k to over $1 million.

If you're looking at where Florida's actual wealth is concentrated, it's definitely those South Florida suburbs. The data's from mid-2025, so it's pretty current. Pretty interesting snapshot of where the money actually lives in the state.
