Previously, when I was interacting with airdrops, I would get really worked up seeing the floating losses on the dashboard, even though I hadn't sold anything. My mind would automatically think "I've already lost," and I would even wake up in the middle of the night to check on-chain records... On the other hand, I sleep quite soundly when I have unrealized gains. Honestly, it's just loss aversion at play: the loss feels like a刺, while the gain feels like cotton.

Now I've come up with a simple method for myself: only check my positions at fixed times, and treat everything else as if it doesn't exist; only things I can write down in a list count as "things I control," and I won't force myself to endure price swings. Recently, someone also interprets ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and crypto market rises and falls together, but I only glance at them without letting them invade my dreams. Anyway, anxiety doesn't add points to airdrops.
