They're also shuffling around some committee positions - Lynn Fordham moving up to Senior Independent Director, Bull heading the Nomination & Governance Committee. Pretty standard corporate reshuffle stuff, but worth noting if you follow the company. These kinds of leadership transitions can sometimes signal where management wants to take things next.
