Just saw that Domino's Pizza Group has a new chair coming in. Ian Bull is taking over from Matt Shattock after the company's AGM back in April 2025. Interesting move - Bull's been on the board since 2019 and was already their Senior Independent Director, so it's basically a promotion from within. The guy has a solid background too, worked as CFO at places like Greene King and Ladbrokes before joining Domino's. They're also shuffling around some committee positions - Lynn Fordham moving up to Senior Independent Director, Bull heading the Nomination & Governance Committee. Pretty standard corporate reshuffle stuff, but worth noting if you follow the company. These kinds of leadership transitions can sometimes signal where management wants to take things next.
