Recently, whenever there's a hot topic, I remind myself: don't follow the emotions, attention is a cost. Comparing RWA, US Treasury yields, and on-chain yield products is quite normal, but my current approach is very simple—first ask, "Can I perform a verifiable action?" If yes, do it: interact once, leave evidence, set a hard cap on costs; if not, forget it, don't add positions or leverage just for a "possible narrative."

To put it plainly, there are only two ways to avoid being repeatedly cut: not chasing the hottest trend (information gap is gone), and only doing the processes I can review. Every day during my commute, I scroll through a bunch of "yields" and "Treasury substitutes," then I open a spreadsheet to check: have I completed today's tasks, is Gas/transaction fee over the limit. The rest... let it be noisy.
