Just saw that Geoffrey Stack is stepping down from Tejon Ranch after 26 years - that's a pretty long run. Dude was basically the backbone of their board, handling lead director duties on real estate and sitting on audit and compensation committees. Pretty significant move for a company like TRC. But from what they're saying, Geoffrey Stack seems confident they've got solid leadership lined up to keep things moving forward. Interesting to see how this plays out for the stock. You think long-tenured board members like this actually move the needle when they leave, or is it mostly just business as usual?
