Iraqi militia group “Islamic Resistance Organization” issued a statement on March 13 local time, calling for all Iraqi citizens and foreign citizens within Iraq to provide information on U.S. military and U.S. intelligence personnel. The statement said, “A reward of 150 million Iraqi dinars (about 790,000 RMB) will be given for intelligence that provides accurate advance information and can directly lead to capture and elimination operations, or to on-site targeting of senior U.S. military officials and leaders of U.S. intelligence agencies.” Earlier that day, “Islamic Resistance Organization” had issued a statement saying that within the past day, the group used drones and rocket strikes to carry out 31 attacks on U.S. targets in Iraq and surrounding areas.
