Storage giant Kioxia issues production halt notice, involving TSOP package products. According to the halt notice, the affected TSOP products include capacities of 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb, 8Gb, 16Gb, 32Gb, and 64Gb. Reporters have learned that the halt involves some SLC (single-level cell) and MLC (multi-level or double-level cell) storage products. Kioxia’s halt notice also mentions the production stop dates.
