The Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference today on a people’s livelihood theme. Wang Xiaoping, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, introduced at the conference that they are currently working with relevant departments to draft and compile the “15th Five-Year” employment special plan, and to plan a set of major employment policies and action plans that are practical, effective, and high in value, in order to enhance the employment-driven impact of development. At present, artificial intelligence is developing rapidly and is having a profound effect on employment. We are studying relevant policies and actively leveraging artificial intelligence to create new jobs and empower traditional ones, promoting inclusive development that coordinates technological progress with improvements in people’s livelihoods.
