I only take one note: The more multi-chain wallets you have, the more you should separate "active funds" and "sleep funds" — for daily interactions, stick to two or three commonly used addresses with small amounts, and keep the rest in cold wallets / a main address, don’t move them around randomly. For cross-chain transfers, only use familiar bridges, and immediately note down what the transaction was for after transferring. Otherwise, if there's a flood of messages about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, or de-pegging rumors in the group, I’ll get anxious and spend hours reconciling accounts... Anyway, just don’t mess yourself up first.
