Even a small loss of just a few dozen dollars immediately triggers a mini essay in their mind, and the first reaction when waking up in the middle of the night is to reach for their phone to take a look.
Honestly, losses feel like a reminder that "you might have judged wrong," which hurts self-esteem more than making money, so it disturbs sleep even more.

Recently, we’ve been talking about the expectations of interest rate cuts, the US dollar index, and risk assets rising and falling together, and I’ve become more anxious:
If the macro logic is tangled, short-term fluctuations seem more like random noise, but the red in my account is especially glaring.
Anyway, I’m just watching whether the funds on the chain are really changing direction. If I don’t see it, I’ll just endure it for now, holding a small position…
