On the morning of March 7th, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference on livelihood topics. Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Wang Xiaoping stated that efforts will be increased to support employment in labor-intensive industries such as foreign trade, construction, accommodation, and catering; to explore employment potential in digital economy, high-end manufacturing, and modern services; and to implement the minimum wage adjustment mechanism and regulate the order of the human resources market.
