According to sources, Iran has arranged dedicated transportation to repatriate approximately 180 Iranian sailors in India. Most of these sailors will return by plane from the southern Indian city of Kochi. The source also stated that Iran will simultaneously repatriate the bodies of sailors who died after their ships were sunk off the coast of Sri Lanka by the United States. A week ago, a US submarine sank an Iranian warship off the coast of Sri Lanka, further escalating Middle Eastern tensions and bringing the conflict closer to India. Sri Lankan officials said that out of about 130 crew members aboard the Iranian frigate IRIS Dena, approximately 32 were rescued and taken to hospitals, while dozens remain missing. Meanwhile, India is negotiating with Iran to ensure the safe passage of its ships. (Sina Finance)
