Just saw Ford's making some pretty big leadership moves. They're bringing in Marin Gjaja as chief strategy officer - this guy's been climbing the ranks since 2022, was running Ford Model e operations. Seems like they're reshuffling the whole strategy side of things.

Sherry House is taking over as CFO from John Lawler, who's stepping back to focus on partnerships and corporate development. Meanwhile, David McClelland is retiring after 32 years with the company. Marin Gjaja's appointment is interesting because it signals Ford's doubling down on their strategy transformation, especially with the whole Ford+ plan they're pushing.

The CEO Jim Farley keeps talking about building this 'mission-driven leadership team' to make Ford higher-growth and more competitive. With Marin Gjaja now in charge of strategy and all these other moves, they're clearly trying to modernize the company structure. Curious to see if this actually moves the needle for them or if it's just typical corporate reshuffling.
