Podcast clip of Jack Neel suddenly went viral after featuring a controversial statement from Professor Jiang Xueqin, who claimed Bitcoin (BTC) as part of a secret operation by the CIA, the United States intelligence agency.

In the video snippet, Jiang, known as an educator from Canada through the Predictive History channel, linked the creation of Bitcoin to American intelligence agencies such as the CIA, NSA, and DARPA through game theory analysis.

He highlighted technical capabilities, the parties that benefit, and the reasons behind launching a free system as logical bases that, in his view, point to deep state involvement.

“Looking at all possibilities through game theory, it ultimately points to the big actors behind the scenes, and he believes that refers to the CIA,” Jiang explained in the podcast on Wednesday (15/04).

However, many crypto analysts consider this claim inconsistent with Bitcoin’s nature as open source, transparent, and developed collectively by a global community over years.

The lack of strong evidence such as official documents or internal leaks makes this theory speculative, though it remains widely discussed due to Jiang’s popularity among young viewers.

Jiang himself is known as a scientist who once studied at Yale College in the US. He is also famous for his predictions regarding the Iran-US war before it erupted.
