Just saw that Globus Medical's got a new CEO now. Keith Pfeil moved up from COO to take over the top spot after Daniel Scavilla stepped down. He's been with them since 2019, so at least there's some continuity there. Kyle Kline got bumped up to CFO too.

What caught my attention though—Q2 numbers came in at $745.3M, up 18.4% year-over-year. That's solid growth, but the organic stuff? Only 3.3% increase when you strip out acquisitions. So a lot of that growth is coming from their Nevro deal. Their US Spine business hit its highest quarterly revenue since the NuVasive merger though, which is interesting.

They're sticking with their 2025 guidance of $2.8-2.9B revenue. Keith Pfeil seems confident about the trajectory, especially with the Enabling Technologies pipeline they're working on. Curious to see if they can maintain this momentum without leaning too hard on M&A.
