Just saw Senator Mike Crapo's Q2 fundraising numbers and his net worth caught my attention. The guy pulled in $202.7K in new fundraising recently, which isn't bad but not top-tier either. What's more interesting is his net worth sitting at around $3.5M - ranked 173rd in Congress. Pretty solid for a politician, honestly.
He's got $2.8M cash on hand right now, which puts him in the top 20 for Q2 reports. Only spent $73K though, so he's being pretty conservative with his budget. No major stock holdings to speak of from what they're tracking.
Also noticed he's been pushing some bills - the Space National Guard thing, TSP access reform, that kind of stuff. Standard Senate activity. Anyway, Crapo's financial profile is pretty transparent if you're into tracking politician money moves.
