Recently, I've seen a bunch of people chasing large on-chain transfers and hot/cold wallet movements on exchanges, shouting "Smart money is here," claiming that many times it's just emotional fuel. Honestly, if we're talking about being exploited, options buyers are slowly being eaten away by time value every day; if they don't hit the expected move, the premium paid is just tuition. Sellers seem stable, but they're actually trading small gains for tail risk; one day, a pin could pop their position, and they’ll end up losing more than they gained. Anyway, I now prefer to watch funding rates and liquidation hot zones, rather than getting caught up in the "smart money" rhythm—discipline is more reliable than guessing the market direction.
