Note: The RMB midpoint rate is determined by the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center before the daily interbank foreign exchange market opens, by inquiring all market makers in the interbank foreign exchange market. All quotes from market makers are used as samples to calculate the midpoint rate of RMB to USD. After removing the highest and lowest quotes, the remaining quotes are weighted and averaged to obtain the midpoint. The RMB exchange rate midpoint is the most important reference indicator for the spot interbank foreign exchange market and bank bid rates.
