Lately, I've been getting a bit exhausted from grinding on testnet points. It was originally just to practice and get a feel for it, but as I kept doing it, I started to default to thinking, "They'll give me airdrop compensation later," and once that expectation kicks in, it's dangerous. My stop-loss is pretty basic: only give myself a fixed time window each day, and if I go over, I stop; plus, I treat all interactions as "paying tuition," so whether I break even or not is not allowed to enter my mind. Also, those on-chain data tools/tags look pretty comprehensive, but they're actually lagging terribly, and they can even be easily manipulated if project teams guide them a bit... Anyway, don’t take the leaderboard as gospel. Sure, I get tired, and my hands still click a couple of times, but I try to keep myself from becoming a free worker for the project teams. That’s how I’ll keep it for now.
