During my night run, I casually checked the blockchain, and the meme culture started to heat up again. The group chat was shouting about storytelling one moment and then saying, "If you don't jump in now, you'll miss out," the next. I just wanted to laugh... Honestly, anyone can tell stories when prices are rising, but when they fall, the stories turn into jokes.

My self-imposed stop-loss is pretty simple: first, decide the maximum loss I can tolerate and still fall asleep, then place a somewhat outrageous stop-loss order—don't rely on manually clicking it in the heat of emotion; profits are also split into two parts—leave some as a ticket to ride, don't push yourself into becoming a "break-even believer." As for those testnets where people farm points or gamble on whether the mainnet will issue tokens, I get tempted too, but I need to be reminded: expectations are not chips, and paying higher Gas fees is even less so. Anyway, that's how I’ll do it for now—no blocking myself.
