Lately, I've been watching the L2 community argue over TPS/fees/subsidies, and I can't help but laugh a little: no matter how fast the competition gets, it can't save you from handing over your own keys. As for mnemonics, honestly, don’t store them "temporarily" somewhere—screenshots, cloud drives, sending them to a secondary account all count as suicidal backups... I now prefer to be a bit more trouble and write them down on paper and keep them separate.

What’s even more troublesome is signature authorization. Many phishing sites don’t trick you into transferring funds; they just ask you to click “Confirm,” then give you a knife with unlimited access, and slowly cut you later. Every time a pop-up appears, I first check the domain name, then see what permissions are being requested. If there’s a limit, I set it; for unfamiliar links, I treat them as nonexistent.

What I fear missing the most isn’t actually an opportunity, but waking up one day to find my assets still on the chain, but the permissions no longer belong to me.
