I look at whether a project is working seriously, rather than first checking the PPTs and slogans, I focus on how the national treasury funds are spent and how the milestones are delivered. Money is spent too quickly, but the delivery is always "next week," or a bunch of budgets are poured into publicity, agency operations, conferences... Basically, they are buying time. On the other hand, those with a slower spending rhythm, where each disbursement corresponds to a verifiable item (code, audit, launch, data), even if progress is slow, I feel more at ease. Recently, the narratives around AI Agents and automated trading are quite popular, but I care more about whether they take security seriously: permissions, risk control, unclear contract boundaries—I just ignore those I can't understand. Anyway, I don't need to be understood; I follow my own way of observing, quietly doing my homework first, and only when the trend is truly stable will I act.
