The Israeli military states it will further deploy troops to the northern part of Israel.
On the 13th local time, the Israel Defense Forces stated that due to the ongoing conflict with Hezbollah in Lebanon, they will further strengthen troop deployments in northern Israel. The IDF said that the Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces ordered a “large-scale reinforcement” to the Northern Command following the latest situation assessment, to enhance readiness for various offensive and defensive scenarios. The IDF also stated that since the beginning of the Lebanon-Israel conflict earlier this month, they have carried out over 1,100 military strikes in Lebanon. (CCTV News)
