This round of hot topics is changing too quickly. When attention is diverted, it's easy to get itchy hands and open positions, and after a couple of days, I start doubting life again... I’ve now set a simple rule for myself: first, clarify whether I’m buying narrative or cash flow. If it’s narrative, consider it a ticket; don’t stubbornly add to positions even if I’m losing. Recently, everyone has been repeatedly watching staking unlocks and token unlock calendars, basically just a cycle of selling pressure anxiety. I’ll wait until the emotional noise is loudest to reduce my positions, which actually makes things calmer. Also, when looking at protocols, I’d rather spend half an hour reviewing audits and permissions; if I’m not confident, I’ll avoid it. Anyway, missing out isn’t shameful. I don’t regret that… every time I resist chasing hot topics, I go on-chain to check a bit before deciding. It’s slower, but at least I don’t get led around by the nose.
