China Aluminum Corporation Announcement: China Aluminum Group and its concerted actors have increased their holdings of A-shares by 97.35M shares and H-shares by 95.68M shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange from April 9, 2025, to April 8, 2026.
In total, they acquired 97.35M shares, accounting for 1.13% of the company’s total equity, with a total expenditure of approximately 95.68M RMB, reaching the lower limit of the originally planned 1 billion RMB.
After the increase, the total shareholding is 193M shares, representing 33.55%.
