I find myself unable to hold onto spot positions, and with contracts I keep thinking "just hold on a bit longer," basically it's because my position size is too big and I can't handle the mental stress. I set a simple rule for myself: don't let one trade determine your mood for the day. For spot, just buy in parts gradually; even if it drops, it's just "more," not "completely over." As for contracts, just pretend they don't exist; if I really want to play, I only use the amount I can sleep peacefully with, leverage turned down to a level that's almost embarrassing. Recently, before and after the upgrade of that mainstream public chain, everyone’s guessing whether projects will migrate or not. I, anyway, won't chase the hype; after on-chain interactions, I still revoke permissions, like locking the door—otherwise, earning or not is another matter, and losing the wallet first would be awkward. That's it for now, slowly fixing my obsessive-compulsive tendencies can also be considered risk control.
