Attention really is more slippery than funds; when it heats up, I want to rush in, and when it cools down, I’m eager to find the next story. Constantly flipping back and forth basically contributes to others’ volatility… My current clumsy approach is: when a hot topic just emerges, don’t touch the spot market first, at most buy some small-position options as a ticket, and if I lose, just consider it the cost of watching the show; if I really want to chase, I set a “cooling-off period” for myself—wait a night, and if I still want to buy, then go ahead. Recently, on-chain data tools and tagging systems have also been criticized for being laggy or misleading, but I see them as reminders: don’t treat them as navigation, more like weather forecasts—use them for reference, don’t get carried away. Honestly, fewer refreshes, waiting for a single candlestick, is difficult but can help reduce some cuts.
