Soluna invests $16.5 million to acquire the Dorothy 1A project to accelerate AI computing power transformation

Mars Finance reports that Nasdaq-listed company Soluna Holdings announced the acquisition of Spring Lane Capital’s artificial intelligence computing power park project Project Dorothy 1A (D1A) shares for $16.5 million, achieving 100% control of the project. It is understood that the company had earlier this month acquired the Briscoe wind farm for $53 million, and is expected to accelerate the transformation into an integrated computing power base centered on AI computing.
