CoinWorld News reports that, according to Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed company Soluna Holdings, which develops green data centers for intensive computing applications such as Bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence, announced the acquisition of Spring Lane Capital's equity stake in the AI computing power park project Project Dorothy 1A (D1A) for $16.5 million, achieving 100% control of the project. It is understood that the company had earlier this month acquired the Briscoe wind farm for $53 million, and is expected to accelerate the transformation into an integrated computing power base centered on AI computing.
