According to Bernstein Liebhard LLP announcement, the law firm has filed a securities class action lawsuit on behalf of investors who purchased Gemini Space Station, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEMI) stock during the initial public offering (IPO) on September 12, 2025, or between September 12, 2025, and February 17, 2026. The complaint alleges that the company made false statements about its business, operations, and prospects, and failed to disclose that it exaggerated the viability of its core business as a cryptocurrency platform. Investors intending to serve as lead plaintiffs must submit their applications by May 18, 2026.
