Drift Protocol provides an update on the recovery and restart progress following the April 1 attack incident. The plan is to establish a "recovery pool," which has currently received $127.5 million in proposed contributions from Tether and $20 million from other partners, including a $100 million revenue-linked credit line and ecosystem grants. Drift plans to distribute a dedicated "recovery token" (independent of the DRIFT governance token) to affected users, representing a claim on the recovery pool, aiming to gradually address the current outstanding user losses of up to $295 million.
