Ask AI · Why can Tianbian Clay Pot Braised Noodles take over resources after Xibei closed its stores?

Jiemian News has learned that Jia Guolong’s new brand Tianbian Clay Pot Braised Noodles has expanded to Shanghai and Hohhot. The Shanghai store is located in Nanxiang Impression City, and the Hohhot store is on Ulanqab East Street at the Gardening Institute. Both stores have recently opened officially, with their inclusion on Dianping recorded in March of this year.

Earlier this year, the first Tianbian Clay Pot Braised Noodles store opened in Beijing’s 798 Art Zone. Jiemian News’s on-site investigation found that the average price per person at this store is 40-50 yuan, and some employees are from Xibei. Jia Guolong stated that Xibei plans to close some stores, and he hopes a new brand can take over some of the stores and employees. (Jiemian News reporter Ma Yue)
