🔥HIVE Digital Technologies plans to privately issue $75 million of 0% exchangeable senior notes


On April 16, the publicly traded Bitcoin miner HIVE Digital Technologies announced it will privately issue $75 million of 0% exchangeable senior notes (maturing in 2031), with funds raised used for GPU procurement, data center expansion, and general corporate purposes. The company has received conditional approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange, and it is expected that its stock will be transferred from the TSX Venture Exchange to the main TSX board around April 30. HIVE continues to shift toward high-performance computing and AI workloads.
