Just saw that Byrna Technologies is getting a leadership shake-up. Bryan Ganz, who's been running the company as CEO since 2019, is stepping down. Interesting timing given how long he's been in the role since joining the board back in 2016.

They've tapped Conn Davis to take over immediately. Guy's got a solid resume - came from MasterBrand where he was handling strategy and corporate development at the executive level. Before that, he was at Fortune Brands and even worked at Bain & Company, so definitely not someone coming in cold.

To make the transition smoother, Bryan Ganz is sticking around as an advisor for up to six months, which is pretty standard move. Also looks like TJ Kennedy is stepping up to chair the board, replacing Herbert Hughes who's staying on as a director.

Curious to see what Davis brings to the defense tech space. These kinds of executive reshuffles usually signal either a strategic shift or just normal succession planning. What's your take on leadership changes like this?
