Mars Finance News, April 16 — Zhonggong Education officially announced the launch of “New Hope Genius,” a career skills development platform for the AI era. The platform highlights “We don’t teach tools; we teach AI-ready job performance,” and is designed around “end-to-end hands-on practice.” It currently focuses on six areas that are most urgently needed in enterprise digital transformation, establishing six AI capability academies, including sales and customer growth, content creation and new media, e-commerce and local services, basic office productivity, functional management, and AI application engineering. Each academy offers a dual-track training system: an “employability level” pathway and an “advanced professional” pathway.
At the launch event, “New Hope Genius” signed agreements with multiple companies, including Soft-Ten Cloud Service, Volcano Engine, Yimei Communication, Hunter Bird Recruitment, OREO Photonics, and others, regarding talent cultivation. It is reported that the platform has initially built an ecosystem collaboration network covering more than 100 enterprises. Leveraging this network, as learners progress through study and practice, they will receive full-process employment support, including at least 3 targeted company interview recommendation opportunities, 30 days of “on-the-job coaching,” and up to 6 months of career growth tracking after graduation.
