Mars Finance News, April 16 — The General Office of the People’s Government of Shandong Province recently issued the “Action Plan for Supporting Scenario Cultivation, Open Applications, and Promoting Breakthroughs in New Quality Productivity.”
It proposes strengthening policy support and guarantees.
Each year, a batch of pioneering technologies with urgent practical transformation needs will be sorted out, and high-quality scenarios will be matched across the province.
For benchmark scenarios with precise matching and outstanding demonstration effects, they will be included in major industrial tackling projects, and eligible parties will receive bilateral support from both the open platform and the capability provider.
Support major scenario projects to be included in provincial key projects.
Major new technologies and new products supported by scenario innovation incubation, if eligible, will be included in the provincial guidance catalog for the first set of (equipment), first batch of new materials, and first batch of high-end software applications.
Encourage government procurement to support the promotion and application of scenario innovation solutions.
Encourage financial institutions to lawfully and compliantly develop financial products such as “Scenario Loans.”
Cultivate “Patience Capital” for scenarios, making full use of industry funds like the Digital Economy Development Fund and the Artificial Intelligence Development Fund to precisely support the construction of new scenario solution projects.
Encourage the establishment of flexible intellectual resource invocation mechanisms such as the “Scenario Innovation Partner” system.
Encourage entities with core scenario resources to explore new models of “Scenario Equity Investment.”
