I only realized after I started recording that unrealized losses really can keep people awake more than unrealized gains... The small profit on paper, I might just screenshot and send an emoji; but once it turns red, my mind automatically starts a show: Did I sell just one second before the "that address" experienced selling pressure? Do I need to add another cut tomorrow? Basically, I'm afraid of confirming my mistake. Recently, someone also linked ETF capital flows, U.S. stock risk appetite, and crypto market rises and falls together, and watching that makes my heart race too, but recording it made me see clearly: much of the anxiety isn't about the market, it's about not wanting to admit I might lose. Anyway, I want to save my sleep first, and not let unrealized losses lead me around.
