Only do five things each day:


First: Exercise
Second: Study
Third: Have a good mood
Fourth: Sleep eight hours
Fifth: Eat enough high-quality protein
I only care about whether my mood is good,
Whether I wake up the next day with sore muscles,
Whether I have learned something.
Focus on being myself, and I don't ask about anything else.
When my heart is free,
No one can bind my heart anymore.
