I've been diving into this for a long time, but I still can't help but say: unrealized losses really can keep people awake more than unrealized gains. When making money, my mind automatically discounts it—"It's just like this, don't get carried away"; when losing, it instead magnifies infinitely, even if it's just a tiny red on the books, my mind starts writing a little essay: should I cut, will it blow up, did I mess up again... Honestly, it's not about how much I lost, but that feeling of "Did I do something wrong" stabbing me constantly. Recently, the group has been talking about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and de-pegging rumors, and I don't dare to look at them twice. The more I read, the more I feel that the fluctuations in my account are about to turn into a disaster. Anyway, my current approach is: don't check my positions before sleep, just look at the funding rate and structure during the day; impulse is impulse, at least don't treat sleep as collateral. That's it for now.
