Xinhua News Agency publishes the "14th Five-Year" Plan Outline

Xinhua News Agency, with authorization, published in full on the 13th the “Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China.” The Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress voted on March 12 to adopt the resolution on the outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, deciding to approve this plan.
