Is the war coming to an end? Market: Regardless of whether it's true or false, I'll rise first to show respect!
When the news of "possibly reaching a framework agreement by the end of May" appeared, the market's reaction was only one word:
— Surge.
BTC strengthened, the US stock market hit new highs, and risk assets fully recovered. What does it look like?
Like the opening of a bull market.
But let's be more calm; it looks more like—
"a expectations-driven rally."
The market doesn't need confirmed peace, it only needs to think "it might be good."
So the question is: Will there really be permanent peace?
To be realistic, the probability isn't high. More likely is:
✔ Phase of easing
✔ Risk cooling down
✔ But not a complete resolution
So the current market, essentially, is:
✔ Emotional recovery
✔ Decrease in risk premium
And not a full reversal.
Strategically:
✔ Don't blindly chase highs
✔ Lock in profits in stages
✔ Wait for pullbacks to judge again
In one sentence:
The market is rising on "hope," not on "results."
