Mars Finance news: According to BBX data, yesterday, mining companies’ capital-operations and hash-rate data were concentrated and rolled out in detail. The key developments are as follows:
TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: $WULF) announced via GlobeNewswire on April 14 that it completed the pricing of an $9 billion public common stock follow-on offering. The pricing was raised from the initially planned $8 billion. Shares were issued at $19.00 per share for 47,400,000 shares. The underwriters also hold a 30-day over-allotment option (up to 7,110,000 shares). The follow-on offering is expected to settle today (April 16). The proceeds are mainly used for the construction of the Hawesville AI data center park in Kentucky and to repay bridge credit facilities.
CleanSpark, Inc. (NASDAQ: $CLSK) published its March operational monthly report on April 7 (data as of March 31). During the month, 658 BTC were mined, with average daily output of about 21.24 BTC. The hash-rate peak reached 50.0 EH/s, and the monthly average hash rate was about 47.3 EH/s (up 11% month over month). As of the end of March, the company’s total BTC holdings were 13,561 BTC. From early 2026 to date, cumulative output has been 1,799 BTC. The average selling price of BTC in the month was about $71,396. The company has signed 1.8 gigawatts of power capacity, and CEO Matt Schultz said the company is actively advancing the signing of its first AI/HPC hyperscale customer deal.
